🚚 Domestic Shipping (Poland)

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch
  • Cost: 15zł
  • Free shipping: Available on orders over 150 PLN

🌍 International Shipping (European Union)

  • Courier: DPD
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on the destination country
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Free shipping: Available on orders over 100 EUR

[USA] Shipping to the United States

Orders placed from the United States are shipped from the European Union (Poland).
Because international shipping rates vary based on weight, size, and destination, shipping costs for USA customers are calculated after checkout.

After placing your order, we will contact you via email with the exact shipping fee and a secure payment link. Your order will be dispatched once the shipping payment is completed.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Import taxes, customs fees and duties for international orders

Recipients of international shipments (ie, outside EU) may be subject to additional import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, Import Fees), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country, cannot be estimated prior to shipping and is the responsibility of the recipient. 

TSCA Compliance for U.S. Shipments

For orders shipped to the United States, certain products may require a Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) certification for import. By placing an order with us, you authorize Ivanna Zhdanova / ScrapEgo (the seller) to complete and submit the TSCA certification form on your behalf using the shipping and order information you provide. This authorization ensures timely and compliant import of your order into the United States.
